It's hard to see, but the east-side mansard roof now has all its shingles. The dormer will get done next week - whenever the hurricane is over.
Since a picture of the east side is so hard to get, we thought instead that we would show you how much in line the curve of the mansard roof on the Firehouse is compared to the house. That's how good our heritage carpenters are - they recreate a curve.
