Hurricane Irene blew pretty heavily, but we were pleased to see that the Firehouse had absolutely no problem weathering the storm. It speaks well for good construction. We're getting ready for the clapboard siding, so today the guys covered the building in vapour barrier and ordered all the supplies they'll need for the siding. All wrapped up it looked like all it needed was a bow to be one big present.
